Ipiutaq guest farm is a sheep farm located in an area of stunning wilderness in South Greenland.

The renovation started in 2005 and since then, we are working to develop and improve the place.

First fishing concession in Greenland

From june 2013, the clear flowing river Ilua located in the valley behind the farm and well known for arctic char fishing, is under a concession from the Government of Greenland.

First artist in residence at Ipiutaq guest farm

During winter 2013, Julie Fischer, artist photograph, has been working on her art by sharing our life and work at Ipiutaq.

 

From the 9th of November to the 21st of December 2013, she presents her work in a personal exhibition "Ventre gris" in Paris (Marine Veilleux gallery).

Greenland´s Nature and Environment award 2012

On the 11th of February 2013, Ipiutaq guest farm received the Nature and Environment award for 2012 from the Government of Greenland in the category "To increase the environmental awareness for all of us".
